These earring stands are suitable for studs, and any fish hook style earring. Unfortunately this design doesn’t suit lever back earrings.

Overall, I'm pleased with this stand. It can be a bit tricky to push earrings through the wee holes, and then get then back out again, depending on the shape of the earring hook. But it's solid, looks good, and accommodates most of my earrings.
Love this - I have two now, and all my earrings on display - it makes choosing my earrings for the day so easy!
